June 18th & 19th, 2022
The 2022 Southeast Summer Invitational, a US Lacrosse Sanctioned and My Lacrose Tournament Event, offers a fun and competitive experience for players 8U through High School. Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 games with all games held on the lighted and turf fields at the Matthews Sportsplex in Charlotte, NC. Map It!
A US Lacrosse Sanctioned Event:
This event is part of The US Lacrosse Sanctioning Program, which provides best practices for tournament operators in order to create a more safe and consistent event. Through the adoption of the Sanctioned Tournament Standards, tournaments commit to providing the best possible lacrosse experience.
US Lacrosse Sanctioning is a designation given to events that have adopted a set of operational and safety standards set forward by US Lacrosse. These tournament standards are a set of best practices that cover five main areas of an event: game format, venue, risk management, event administration, and certified officials. When these best practices are adopted in their entirety, events create a more positive experience for participants.
A Sanctioned Tournament has met a set of operational and safety standards to guarantee a consistent playing environment. Coaches, parents, players and all other event attendees will know what to expect from each event:
- US Lacrosse Rules will be used
- At least 2 Certified Officials at each game
- Age and Game appropriate field sizes
- Information tent with staff
- Schedules readily available
- Certified Athletic Trainers on-site
- All Participants are US Lacrosse Members
- Event insurance through US Lacrosse
The Southeast Summer Invitational will use 2021-22 Age Guidelines:
Age Divisions:
High School A Division
High School B Division
2025: Current 9th Graders
2026: Current 8th Graders
2027: Current 7th Graders
2028: Current 6th Graders
2029: Current 5th Graders
2030: Current 4th Graders
2031/2032: Current 2nd and 3rd Graders
We will make every effort to play you in a division versus like-level competition.
Price:
2030/2031 Division - $1,000 per team by 12/15/2021, $1,200 per team by 2/1/2022, $1,300 by 4/30/2022
2029-2025 Divisions - $1,400 per team by 12/15/2021, $1,500 per team by 2/1/2022, $1,600 by 4/30/2022
2024-High School A Divisions - $1,500 per team by 12/15/2021, $1,600 per team by 2/1/2022, $1,750 by 4/30/2022
**Save $50/team when registering 3 or more teams, Save $100/team when registering 5 or more teams**
Location: All games will be played at the Matthews Sportsplex in Charlotte, NC. Games will be covered by certified officials and all scheduling will be done through the Tourney Machine application.
